2. Before using the gym facilities or equipment, you should consult with a physician to ensure that you are healthy enough for physical exercise. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, you should consult with a doctor before using the gym.

3. The gym does not provide any medical advice. If you need advice on medical issues, you should consult with a qualified professional.

4. The gym may modify or discontinue services or facilities at any time without notice.

5. You acknowledge that you are in a public space and there may be other members and guests present in the gym.

6. The gym may have video recording equipment in place for the purpose of creating content for social media.

7. You understand and acknowledge that this agreement involves recurring payments, which will be automatically charged at regular intervals. You also have the right to cancel the recurring payments with a 30-day notice.

8. You are aware of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the risks associated with being in a public space.
